I’ve always enjoyed my walks…
Early mornings
Late evenings…
Before and after classes
Under the bright light of the sun
In the mad downpour of rain.
Walking helps;
- reduce stress especially on days I need some quiet and space.
- save money I could be wasting away on tuks or cabs.
- discover new places like the recently renovated National Art Gallery that is so beautiful and serene.
- increase my level of energy especially when I feel moody and low.
- improve sleep
- maintain a healthy weight and keep my blood pressure neutral while improving my cardiovascular and pulmonary wellbeing.
