How often do we stop to pause, take a moment, a breath, to reflect — to observe, to think deeply, to become aware of what is around us?
Cultivating mindfulness allows you to tune into the core of each and every instance in your life, and to nurture a sense of presence.
Are you present?
Even amongst the pandemic and life slowing down it’s pace, I find we tend to let consciousness and presence slip away through our fingers and time. We forget about mindfulness, we overlook awareness, we disregard being present. We’re in a constant rush or always on the move from one thing to the next.
This is your reminder to pause. Take a breath. Deep inhale. Long exhale. Tap into the sound of your loving breath and reflect on your unique rythmn and rhyme. Is your heart beating too fast? Too slow? Are you feeling calm? Or stressed?
Inhale, lots of love in.
