Intention — A thing intended; an aim or plan — An idea that you plan (or intend) to carry out.

To me, everything begins with an intention. From the moment I open my eyes to the dawn of a new day, my thoughts, my movements and my emotions, until it is time to rest those same eyes when the day is done.

Everything in between, with intention.

Set an intention, however you like.

You give an intention value and substance by ensuring it resonates with your unique perspectives. To each your own. To me, my intentions also resonates with purpose and consciousness, and amplifies with what I want and hope to focus on.

Whether it is to simply live fully, practice gratitude, be strong, let go of what does not serve you any longer - clarify it and acknowledge how you want your intention to be a part of your life.

It does not have to be complicated or fastidious. With intention comes an upper-hand over fate and even destiny. Some may argue that both cannot be changed and we must accept the course that life has set for us, but I choose to argue with case. Again, with intention comes the great power of taking the reigns of your fate and destiny into your own hands, and setting yourself up for a life well intended.

You only have to intend.
