You’re invited to join me on the mat for 21 days in January to revive the mind, body and spirit! ✨

For those who have been practising with me for sometime, this is a great way to deepen your knowledge and experience on the mat, and for those who are new here, this is a wonderful way to establish a new habit and routine into your life 💪🏽

It is estimated that it takes 21 days or so to cultivate a new habit, so what better way than to kick off 2024 with a practice that grounds, strengthens and centres you? 🍃 This challenge is about reconnecting with your highest self. You can join me at @revive.holistic.wellness for any of my classes — you will have two offerings by me each day. You can come in for one, or certainly opt to come in for both! 😁

The most important thing is to remain committed. Commit to moving your body, connect with your mind and breath each and every day in a mindful manner 🧘‍♀️

The best way to stay accountable is to also bring along a family member or friend, and keep a diary or journal where you write down your thoughts and feelings after each practice. At the end of the month, we will come together to share our growth and discuss any feedback 🙌🏽
